Computers
Faculty receive partial funding through the Computer Replacement Program (CCRP) for a new computer every four years. To determine when you are eligible for a new purchase, contact the office manager. Faculty are required to use their professional development funds to cover the balance not paid by the CCRP program.
Computer hardware and peripherals
If you plan to use University funds for these purchases, please contact the office manager. The department will purchase equipment directly for you rather than reimbursing your purchase.
Printers
Faculty may not use ASN (or other UO funds) to purchase printers, ink, or toner cartridges. Faculty wishing to have a printer in their office have two choices:
- Obtain the printer through the UO printer management contract. The faculty member’s ASN index will be billed for usage each month. To get started, contact Cynthia.
- Purchase a printer and associated toner with personal funds.
