Office

Access

Faculty office keys also open the comparative literature office. Key requests may be submitted to the office manager.

Building Access

Access to the outside door when the building is locked is obtained by e-mailing your request, along with the five digit proxy code on the back of your UO ID card, to the office manager. The card reader entrance is the south entrance facing University Hall.

Please note: if you have not used your card to enter Villard Hall in over a year, the UO Card Office will deactivate your card access. To keep your card access active, flash your card against the reader the light turns green (The door does not have to be locked for this procedure to keep your card active.)

Seminar Room

Most faculty office keys open the Seminar Room. Additional key requests should be directed to the office manager. The key to the A-V equipment in the Seminar Room is available by request from the office manager. The Seminar Room may be reserved by e-mailing a request to the office manager.

Mail

Campus Mail

Campus mail is picked up/delivered daily. Deposit items to mail in the appropriate holder mounted on the bookshelf holding our paper stock. Address Campus Mail as follows:

Postal Mail

Postal mail is restricted to professional use. The closest mailbox for personal use is in the Duck Store. All postal mail must be enclosed in letterhead envelopes, available on the bookshelf with our paper stocks. Deposit in the appropriate holder. Office staff will take care of postage.
