Faculty encountering an instance of suspected academic misconduct should consult the Faculty Guide for Addressing Academic Misconduct. Additional information can be found on the Dean of Students website.

Incompletes

The University requires all Instructors to file a report with the department for any Incomplete grade assigned:

The form is due in the COLT office by the grading deadline.
